Episode 97: The Urban Legend's Next Chapter

Well, after weeks of speculation, and hours of pre-empted local tv shows... it's official. Urban Meyer is the new head coach of Ohio State. Will his hiring bring about a new golden age for the Buckeyes? We dig deep into the subject.

We also do talk about the Ohio State / Michigan game.

We then begin bouncing between topics wildly. From OSU / Duke basketball, to the NBA lockout ending, to Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping, to the travesty that is Nickelback.

Lots of fun tonight, thanks for listening.

Episode 95: Say it ain't so, Joe

Welcome back!

This week we start, as you might expect, with the Penn State scandal. This story is literally exploding, even as we were recording the show...

We then talk briefly about Ohio State's stunning defeat by Purdue, and what it means for Ohio State going forward.

We lighten the mood by talking the Carrier Classic, and ESPN's Tip-Off Marathon...which is now 1 hour old as I write this.

We then talk a little Tiger, and the upcoming President's Cup...and just what has happened to televised golf, anyway?

Thanks for listening.

Episode 94: Time to Panic

Welcome back everybody.

We start our busy show with a quick look at the OSU / Indiana game.

We then look at the scandal rocking Penn State right now.

We talk...a lot...about the continuing issues with the Bluejackets. We even have a few minutes with Derek Brassard.

We wrap up the main part of the show with a quick look ahead at the upcoming college basketball season, that somehow goes into an in-depth discussion of the UFL. Yeah, that UFL.

Sadly, during the show, the news broke about Joe Frazier's passing due to liver cancer. We send our condolences to the family, friends, and fans. He was one of the best to ever study the sweet science.

Episode 93: Welcome to November!

Welcome back!

This week we talk about Ohio State's surprising win against Wisconsin, and look forward to the rest of the season.

We talk about one of the best World Series' in recent memory, and Tony LaRussa's place in managerial history.

We then talk about the Bengals, and whether they are a true contender for the playoffs.

We talk about rumors swirling in Bluejacket camp...that didn't quite pan out.

We were going to talk about the start of the NBA season. Unfortunately, that's been cancelled for now, so we discuss the plan by the NCAA to allow schools to pay players an extra $2000.

Fun show as always.

Thanks for listening
