Episode 62: The Final Four, and more!

Welcome back to another crazy week of sports.

We start out with even more revelations in the ever deepening hole Jim Tressel finds himself in.

We then spend a fair amount of time looking back on OSU's run in the NCAA tournament, and we break down the Final Four teams...and even make our picks.

We then finish up with our Second Annual MLB Divisional Breakdown. Where we pick the teams we think will win. Please note, last year I picked Seattle to win the AL East...they finished 61-101...so take these picks with a grain of salt.

Thanks for listening!

Episode 61: Busted brackets

Hello everybody!

An insane weekend of basketball to be sure. We start by looking over the wreckage of our brackets. We then take a brief look at the Bluejacket's collapse since the trade deadline. We also briefly touch on the Tressel situation, some big name hires by the UFL, Matt Cooke's big suspension, and we wrap up with a look at the Big 10's new college hockey division.

Fun show this week. Thanks for listening.

Episode 60: The Law Episode

Welcome back everybody. An absolutely packed show tonight. It's our new longest episode! It also has some of the most questionable legal views ever, thanks to a lot of stories happening away from the playing field.

This week we dig even deeper into the Jim Tressel mess. We then follow that up with a story about a former local hero, that some locals have helped drive out of the state.

We then go into some of the NFL Labor dispute, since it has now officially become a lockout.

We finally break up the legal talk with our pick-by-pick breakdown of the Men's NCAA Basketball brackets! You can even battle us, Justin will have those details for you here in the blog, or on the facebook group.

We then go back to the courtrooms, with the police threatening to get into the matter of the brutal hit by Zdeno Chara. Justin and I then debate the question, does hockey need fighting?

Packed show this week. Hope you enjoy it!

Episode 59: The end of an era?

No, not me...I'm back this week.

But it could be the end of the Jim Tressell era at Ohio State, with a breaking news story revolving around the "Tattoogate" incident.

After we discuss that for a while, we talk about the OSU men's basketball team, which is having a much better week.

We then discuss "Crygate" with the Miami Heat, some Bluejackets hockey, the OSU Women's basketball team, and even CBS' "questionable" basketball game scheduling.

Extremely good show tonight, if I do say so myself.

Episode 58: We made a trade, too

J.J. here. Scooter B. was traded today for Casey Todt pending a physical. Assuming Casey fails the physical, Scooter will be back next week. As for this week's show, we dive into the NHL trade deadline and discuss today's trades the Columbus had with Phoenix and Philadelphia. We also talk a little NBA and Cleveland Cavs. I give Casey a Wonderlic test and we talk about the top music played at sporting events. We finish the show with soccer thanks to Casey. And we thank you for listening this week!
